1. What NextMove provides
NextMove provides buyer-side information, listing analysis, coordination support and, where agreed, access to independent inspection partners and human interpretation. The exact scope, timing and pilot price are confirmed before paid work begins.
2. No guarantee of vehicle condition
Listing analysis and AI output are decision-support tools. They do not physically verify a vehicle, guarantee mechanical condition, confirm mileage, accident history, ownership, legal status or future reliability. Physical inspection also has limitations and reflects the checks actually performed.
3. Your account and information
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details private and use your account only for lawful purposes. Your account connects requests, updates and reports to the correct user.
4. Requests, pricing and approval
Submitting a form does not automatically create a paid order or confirmed booking. NextMove confirms the service scope, partner availability, timing and price before work starts. You can decline before confirming the service.
5. Third-party partners
Garages, inspectors and other specialists may be independent third parties. NextMove coordinates the service and structures the information, but each partner remains responsible for the work they perform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use NextMove to submit false information, access another user’s data, interfere with the service or misuse reports. NextMove may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the platform.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Account creation records the version and time of your acceptance where technically available.
8. Contact and pilot changes
The service is in pilot development and features may change. Material changes to these terms should be presented for renewed acceptance where required. Contact: hello@nextmove.gr.
